Visitor sign-in system
Replace the paper visitor book with a sign-in system that welcomes visitors, alerts their host, shows them your site rules and keeps your evacuation list current — on a kiosk, a QR code or their own phone.
What a visitor sign-in system does
A visitor sign-in system records who comes onto your site, when, who they're visiting and when they leave. VisitorRego does that — and turns the moment of arrival into your duty of care: the visitor reads and accepts your site rules, their host is told they've arrived, and they appear on the live list you'd use in an evacuation. Every sign-in is kept, searchable and exportable, so “who was here on Tuesday?” takes seconds to answer.
How it works
The visitor arrives
They sign in on a self-serve kiosk at reception, or scan your QR code with their own phone — no app to download.
Rules accepted, host alerted
They see your health & safety information and accept it, and their host gets an email or SMS straight away. A printed visitor label is optional.
On the list until they leave
They show on your live on-site and evacuation list until they sign out — by scanning their label, from their sign-in email, or automatically at your cut-off time.
Everything a visitor sign-in system should do
Kiosk, QR code or phone
A self-serve station at reception, a QR code at every entrance, or the visitor’s own phone — mix them per entrance.Instant host alerts
Email or SMS the moment a visitor arrives, so nobody waits unescorted in reception.H&S inductions at the door
Your safety information on screen, acknowledged before entry — or a full induction with your own content and questions.Printed visitor labels
A personal label with name, host and a barcode that signs them out in one scan.A live evacuation list
Who is on site right now, on one screen — one tap to account for each person when the alarm sounds.Records you can stand behind
Searchable sign-in history, CSV export and a tamper-proof audit trail, hosted in Sydney.Built for New Zealand and Australian health & safety
VisitorRego was written for New Zealand's Health and Safety at Work Act 2015 and Australia's WHS laws, not adapted from overseas. Visitors are told your site's risks before they enter, you know who's on site at any moment, and every sign-in is kept as a record — so when someone asks how you met your duty of care to a visitor, the answer is already there.

PricingVisitor sign-in questions
Do we need special hardware?
No. Print your QR code and visitors sign in on their own phones. If you’d like a kiosk at reception, our stations arrive pre-configured — label printers and barcode scanners are supported.
How do visitors sign out?
By scanning the barcode on their visitor label, from the link in their sign-in email, on the kiosk — or automatically at the cut-off time you choose, so nobody stays “on site” overnight.
Can we run an induction when visitors sign in?
Yes. Show your health & safety information and capture acknowledgement on every visit, or use Workflows for a full-screen induction with your own content and questions — sign-in is held until it’s completed.
Do visitors need to download an app?
No. Scanning your QR code opens the sign-in straight in the phone’s browser.
Where is our visitor data stored?
In Sydney, Australia — with a tamper-proof audit trail of every change.
